RioAsk uses a minimal set of cookies and storage, limited to what is strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies.

The refresh_token cookie is strictly necessary for authentication. Without it, you cannot remain logged in. This cookie is HttpOnly (not accessible to JavaScript), Secure (transmitted only over HTTPS), and SameSite=Strict.
Theme, sidebar, and banner preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. These are not transmitted to our servers and exist solely to improve your user experience. They contain no personal data.
